“ Gail Maria were amazing! The food was super flavorful, and there was TONS left over! We have used a few different caterers in the past, and Gail was by far the most wellreceived. Our staff loved the food, how easily it was setup a lot of other places will try to feed 100 people buffet style off of 2 tables, Gail set up no less than 4 tables, with both sides available to grab off of. All of the accoutrements were provided, everything that you could think of, she brought. We really appreciated that she was so well organized she came out a week in advance to check over the site give her recommendations on how to best present the food. She showed up on time for the day of the event, setup took down by herself...it literally was just open the door for the setup area eat 30mins later. You could not ask for an easier way to cater not having to have one or more people from the office taken away from work to do setup really helped us to continue the day like normal and maximize our time. We will definitely be using Bullseye Catering again! ”

The team was super professional and actually on time which is very rare for Las Vegas, lol .
